Acne Wash

Add 40 drops Tea Tree Essential Oil and 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil to unscented cleanser base; mix well. Wash face morning and evening.

Athletes Foot Spray

Add 40 drops of Tea Tree Essential Oil to 4 oz of distilled water in a spray bottle. Spray on feet

Bath Soak for Sore Muscles

Add 8 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil, 5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil, and 3 drops Lemongrass Essential Oil to 12 oz Dead Sea Salt. Mix well and add a small handful to tub and soak away aches and pains.

Bed Bug Repellent

Add 30 drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 15 drops Clove Essential Oil to 4 oz distilled water in a spray bottle. Shake gently and spray on luggage, bedding, drawers while travelling.

Tip: Add a few T vodka as a natural preservative

Precaution: Keep out of the reach of children!

Headache Compress

Place 2-4 drops Peppermint Essential Oil on a cold washcloth and place over forehead. Keep peppermint away from eyes.

Invigorating Body Wash

Add 30 drops Eucalyptus Essential Oil and 10 drops Spearmint Essential Oil to unscented Cleanser Base; mix well. This is a great bubble bath when cold or flu strikes.

Nourishing Peppermint Foot & Leg Lotion

Add 30 drops Peppermint Essential Oil and 10 drops Lavender Essential Oil (optional) to 8 oz unscented lotion.

Refreshing yet Calming Body Lotion

Add 15 drops Lavender Essential Oil and 20 drops Orange Essential Oil to 8 oz. unscented lotion; mix well.

Relaxing Bath Salts

Add 15-20 drops Lavender Essential Oil to 12 oz Dead Sea Salt. Mix well and add a small handful to tub for calm and relaxation.
